Sessions can range from 15 minutes to one hour. On any given day, you may feel the need for a certain kind of session, such as weight training or yoga. We listen to what your body needs, and adjust sessions accordingly.

Is there a free session available?
Yes, I offer one free 30 minute online-only session.
Do I need special equipment?
Nope. Believe it or not, your body can be your gym. However, we can integrate weights, bands, or any other equipment you have into our sessions.
Is it all online?
Yes. That allows us both more flexibility with scheduling. And we can be in different time zones!
What do I need for our online session?
Internet access, a computer/tablet or phone, etc. that can handle Zooms, a quiet space with a bit of room to move around in, a no distractions. We can even be outdoors if you prefer!
Do you offer in-person sessions?
No. Our sessions will be online, via Zoom. I’ll send you a dedicated, secure link once you’ve booked.
How long should my sessions be?
The cool thing about personal sessions is that we are laser-focused, so we maximize our time together. If you’re just starting this wellness journey, I’d suggest the 15 or 30 minute sessions. Believe it or not, one hour would be too much, especially just starting out.
How much does a session cost?
Pricing varies, based on length of session. The question to ask yourself is, how much is your health worth?
What if I’m REALLY out of shape?
Not a problem. I believe in starting clients out gently, so as not to cause injury, or worse yet, causing you to give up. We’ll work slow and steady, and you should start feeling better anywhere from 4-6 weeks.
What if I’ve had a hip/knee/shoulder, etc. replacement or surgery?
Once we’ve reached a ‘certain age’, most of us, myself included, have had injuries, surgeries, illnesses, you name it. It’s part of life, and I’ll work with whatever pre-existing condition you have, so long as your doctor has signed off on it. Pretty much EVERY SINGLE CLIENT I’ve worked with has had some kind if underlying health issue.
What’s a session look like?
Even though each session is as unique as the client, there’s usually a basic beginning, middle, and end kind of structure. Typically, we start with a gentle, brief warm-up to get the joints moving. Depending on the time allotted, we next move to working whatever needs working on: balance, range of motive exercises, strength, etc. Finally, we end with gentle stretching.
